The Town of Braselton has a rich heritage and the unique characteristic of being located not only in one county, but spanning into four: Jackson, Hall, Gwinnett, and Barrow. Our dynamic community is the home to the world class amenity, Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. The Atlanta Business Chronicle referred to Braselton as the “node de jour” for development activity on I-85. In 2005, the Town received statewide accolades for its receipt of Georgia Trend’s “Trendsetter Award” for achievements in economic development. The Town has been recognized by the National League of Cities as a “City Showcase” and was named “America’s Dream Town” through an Internet poll. The manufacturing firms of Panoz Auto Development and Mayfield Dairies chose Braselton. And, the distribution facilities for Haverty’s Southeast Distribution Center, Mizuno, Whole Foods, Hitachi, Williams-Sonoma and PetCo and corporate headquarters for Year One and Peachtree Tooling are located in the city limits. We boast very strong demographics. Braselton’s success can be attributed to several key factors. Our location on the I-85 corridor provides excellent transportation access.
